I provide psychotherapy and CBT for adults experiencing anxiety, depression, trauma-related difficulties and relationship problems.
You can also seek help with self-confidence, recurring relationship patterns or a difficult period in your life. You do not need a diagnosis to begin.

Meet Dr Thomas
I am a psychotherapist specialising in CBT and an accredited member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy, currently completing a postgraduate diploma in CBT at the University of Oxford.
What I can help with
Anxiety, depression, and related conditions
Using a CBT-grounded approach, I work with generalised anxiety disorder, panic disorder, social anxiety disorder, health anxiety, depressive episodes, and obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD).
Trauma and sustained stress
For post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD), the continuing effects of distressing experiences, burnout, or prolonged pressure.
Relationships and self-confidence
For recurring relationship difficulties, loneliness, insecure attachment, or concerns about self-worth.
Assessment and therapy
The first appointments focus on understanding your difficulties, your circumstances and what you would like to change. Together, we identify what may be keeping the difficulties going and agree a plan for therapy.
CBT can include practical work between appointments. Where relationships or longstanding patterns need more attention, I also draw on relational approaches. We discuss the likely length of the work and review progress together.
